Q Do exchange students born outside the US have to follow the same procedure as other players?
A

 		 Yes, they do, except they must also have a letter from the parent giving guardianship to the exchange family and stating why the player is here.  Then when the form asks for parent information, the host family information should be provided.
   
   Missing Club or Team Officials
Q The team official is not in the drop-down box to add to my club or team application.
A

The drop-down box includes only those persons who completed the online Risk Management application AND selected the proper position with our club and/or team.

The link to the Risk Management application is on the VYSA and VCCL Registration pages.  Instructions for the online Risk Management process are on the VCCL Registration page.
   
  Change the Age of a State Cup Roster
Q How do I create a U18 State Cup Roster when I have a U19 League Roster?
A

1.  Create a U19 State Cup Roster first
2.  From the Team Main Page of the U19 Cup Roster, click on "View/Edit Team"
3.  Scroll down to "Change Age Group"
4.  Select "U18 Male" or "U18 Female" from the drop-down list
5.  Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page and return to the Team Main Page
