06/20 - Stamping Passes

With the new pictures on the front, you can stamp the picture either on the bottom or to the left of the picture. Either will be fine depending on the size of the picture.

6/19 - Dates to Accept and Approve Rosters

Teams can start turning rosters into you as early as July 1, 2012, but you will NOT date any rosters before August 1, 2012 and will NOT give any rosters back BEFORE August 1, 2012

6/19 - New Stamp; ID/PW; Example of New Passes

This year, you all received a NEW number on your bird stamp – that will be your new number going forward.

Once the clubs register, your league registrar will go into the system and start assigning the clubs to the assigned registrar and you will then be issued a user id and password.

Attached is a sample of what the new players passes look like.   Feel free to email this out to your teams if you would like, just a reminder that the old player passes ARE NOT to be accepted. No signatures are required this year. Uploading of photos are strongly recommended, but not mandatory.

5/24 - Rosters for Teams Going On To Regionals

For registrars for teams that won State Cup:  new rules that teams can now add club pass players to their rosters in between each competition:

Below is an email that Anne Thompson sent to each of the teams letting them know what they need to do and their deadlines.

Here is the process if a team is adding a player:

They will make a copy of their State Cup Roster
Write the new player in on the COPY following the same format of the other players. They will put a “C” for Club Pass Player
They will then make two copies of the roster – double sided
You need to verify that the player was registered with the CLUB prior to the State Cup freeze date
Then you can approve all the rosters. Giving the original back to the team, mail one to me here in the State Office and one to Anne Thompson, State Cup Director.

5/18 - Registrar Meeting for New Registrars & Others; Old Player Pass Stock

The registrar meeting is set for Saturday, July 21st at 10:00 am in the State Office

All New registrars that will be starting for the Fall MUST attend, any registrar that did not attend the Convention in January must attend. Everyone else it is up to you if you would like to attend, we would love to have you.

Please remember to collect the old player pass stock from your clubs and either bring it with you or mail it to me here at the office, as that will be used as the Recreational Player Pass stock
